We have recently had some work done on our house and would highly recommend LPS/Wayne to anyone considering a tradesman. From knocking down a wall to plastering, Wayne is an real 'all in one' builder. He has been flexible, hard working and really considerate in all the work we have had done so far.

G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.

Excellent all round. Could not have been better. These guys were timely, efficient, cleaned as they went, very hard working and superb value for money. Rob did a great job for us - he and his team were reliable, quick, and good fun on site, and the work sailed through its Building Control inspection. Rob made sure we were happy with everything, and we would definitely use his services again in future.

Lim and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Great price, great communication and always a gentleman. Lim's philosophy is to deliver what the customer wants to the highest standard and can be relied upon to do what is right for the job to maintain a quality finish. Arthur has completed decking my whole courtyard garden in Eastbourne and I am thrilled with the result. He turned a mess of a garden into a unified area that looks fantastic. I originally wanted some advice and Arthur's ideas were very good and the garden ended up exactly as I had hoped. My garden has no rear access so my house had to house the materials for a while but Arthur was meticulous in cleaning up every evening. The original quote was reasonable and kept to. I would recommend.
