Then there is our Commercial side where we concentrate on larger building projects such as. * Housing Estates * Ground works * Office refurbs * Building of new work premises. So as you can see we are happy at taking on any size of contract. On every project we like to take on everything so we can make sure that we are in control and can eliminate any unforeseen delays with the project itself and the number of different contractors onsite. G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.

Arthur has completed decking my whole courtyard garden in Eastbourne and I am thrilled with the result. He turned a mess of a garden into a unified area that looks fantastic. I originally wanted some advice and Arthur's ideas were very good and the garden ended up exactly as I had hoped. My garden has no rear access so my house had to house the materials for a while but Arthur was meticulous in cleaning up every evening. The original quote was reasonable and kept to. I would recommend.
