Matt gave us a detailed estimate and set out his terms clearly. He was polite and professional and carried out the refurb of our cloakroom to a good standard, leaving everything clean and tidy. I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Overall Paul and his team did a great job, the workmanship is acceptable, and the team were friendly, helpful and open to discuss what they were doing. However; it often felt like my job was being juggled with other more important jobs, I’ve been asked by subsequent trades how it took over a year to complete a job that should have taken a few months. There are several issues that Paul has refused to rectify, the roof leaks (which has just cost me £7k to replace). Overall I’m disappointed in the service.
