From start to finish on the job, Fran was excellent. She was in constant touch with me, making suggestions to improve the final outcome of the work and also listening to my wishes and accomodating them as much as possible. Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

We used J.A.M Home improvement for our new home redesign and renovation project. we had big plans and the building team headed by Ivan was very helpful at giving us ideas and solutions to our vision. We re-floored the entire house, installed new appliances, a new kitchen, re-painted, re-paved the driveway, re-modeled the bathrooms and re-modeled the garden. From start to finish J.A.M were professional and adaptable to our changing design ideas. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Mark is a very enthusiastic and talented person. For the project Mark undertook it was important that I remained in control but to use his in-depth experience with the design process. He did what was asked and performed the job perfectly well, without error. I would certainly use Mark again.

Michael from A B Contractors did a great job on this quite unusual quote in respect of transforming an above ground air raid shelter into an outside bar space. The work included the fitting of french doors, sealing the walls, electrics and builing a brick bar. I would highly recommend Michael and his team.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Repointing and plaster work to the front of our terraced house. We're very pleased with the result of the work. Overall; good work, good communication, clean and tidy, and good value for money. Would use again without hesitation.
