We had a relatively large pathway that required resin bonding. mike and his team were excellent from start to finish. The quotation was very thorough and Mike walked us through the entire process. Despite assuring me that he understood how to prune an apple tree, once the work started, it became very clear that William and his helper had no idea. I ended up with the tree a good outline shape but no effort had been made to reduce overlapping branches etc. that an experienced person would have been done. He continued to ignore my requests and we parted on very bad terms.
