Within minutes of placing my ad, Stuart contacted me regarding coming to have a look at what precisely I needed doing and give me a quote. Whilst en route he posted me pictures of the materials used, so that I could choose. The work was quickly and efficiently carried out professionally and was invited to check the progress, and comprehensive explanations given. All equipment was removed and area cleaned up on completion, and I was also told how to care for my new fence and gate. A wonderful team.

Emmanuel visited my property to inspect a damp issue in the rear bedroom, explained to me what needed to be done to resolve it. Matthew accepted to paint my front and garage doors at short notice in October when others had refused because of cold weather. He came and worked through the day, sanding and painting the frames, sanding and painting the doors and even adding a lick of varnish to my front step. Knocked a star off just because the oil paint on the inside of the frames didn’t quite dry properly, although it’s still OK. Overall, I’m very happy.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
