Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

Excellent job could not fault these guys were amazing I had 12 Leyandii trees at the bottom of my garden they took them down to the stump treated and removed every trace of them in the chipper and all in a couple of hours would highly recommend

This person is totally unreliable, Supposed to have fixed the leak. The Next day when it rained the rain still poured into my conservatory. I have tried Seven times to contact him and NO REPLIES My emails are tracked and show he has opened everyone. So took my money and ran. Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.
