2.5 months after the work was done, we still have water leaking through light fixture in kitchen. Called out a plumber who we have known for 5 years and he said that the pipes should have been changed at the time of the building work. The anaesthetics of the shower are brilliant but the initial problem still remains and this could have been sorted out all in one go. Also lots of rubble left under the shower. Huge mess with the leak. Maybe a one off problem but disappointed with longevity of the work.

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. I’m very happy with the look of my new bathroom. Michael and his team did a very good job, they were fast and effective and did exactly what I wanted. Replaced four fence support posts which were rotted at the bottom and struggling to keep the fence upright in the awful weather. Work was completed quickly and kept to the quoted amount, which included all materials and disposal of old posts. Also took the time to check that our neighbours were happy with the work as the fence is shared with them. Kept in regular contact through text before the work began, and explained what he was working on throughout the job.

Although Neil has discussed the job, I haven't heard from him since and he never gave me a quote or replied to the message. Do not recommend him as he's unreliable.

Thomas was very polite, straightforward and clear about what he was going to do. He let me know how he was going to do the job and when. I would definitely ask him to do further jobs for me in the future.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
