He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Very bad service. Paid £150 for 15 minutes, where he just tightened a seal. The following day my kitchen flooded and they refused to come out for three days so had to call another plumber. No refund or apology.
