Greenwood Gardens and Fencing offer Hardscaping & Landscaping services, driveways, patios, fencing, turfing, garden maintenance, cleaning services and landscaping designs, we are situated in the city of Lincoln but cover Lincoln, Newark, Nottinghamshire & Lincolnshire, we started out over 10 years ago erecting fencing, laying turfing, professionally installing driveways & patio projects in the local area but have since done a lot of landscaping work in Nottinghamshire as well as Lincolnshire. My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. High quality and impeccable workmanship are key values to me and ensuring the client is satisfied and more with the work they are receiving. I have decided to further expand and diversify my business reaches and so my rated people account is new, however my experience in the industry is far from that. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.
Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Having employed the services of many different tradespeople over the course of the last 50+ years I am totally thankful for choosing TD Services to remove the old and rebuild a large decking area of approx 70sq metres. I am thrilled to bits with the work James and Kieran from ‘Greens Decking and Landscaping ‘ have done today removing an old gate and posts, and installing new ones, with the addition of an open hook and eye post to fasten the gate open safely when we need it.
