Bill was excellent! He came out quickly and gave me a quote right away. We discussed the different options as we had to fix someone else’s shoddy work and came to a solution. Very easy to deal with. Came to assess the job, advised on different options and provided a competitive quotation very quickly. Robert and his team started and finished the job within agreed timescales and left the site tidy at the end of each day. We are delighted with the quality of the workmanship and the finished job. Very poor communication, constantly need to chase to answer back. Give me the price without seeing the job and after more than a week came to see it. Agreed for wednesday to get job done. Never turned up. After a few calls, I've been told that they can't give a proper date or time because they are too busy doing different jobs. Total joke, I would not recommend

I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!
