Yanis reached out to give me a quote once I'd already received 2 quotes and moved ahead. When I politely told him this he sent me several messages saying he'd paid £45 for the job and basically that he'd wasted his money. Even when I tried to end the text message correspondence he continued to message me and send screenshots from the app. Terrible customer service and felt like serious harassment.

GT gardens have now been looking after my garden for 6 months and I'm very happy with their reliable service of general garden maintenance. My one bit of feed back would be that it would be good if they could be a bit more proactive in letting me know what simple things could be done to improve my garden e.g reseeding small bits of lawn, autumn planting of spring bulbs etc

As I'm now based in NZ, Carl tended to my front and back garden in Hertfordshire to keep it looking good while the property is on the market. Communication was great leading up to the work and was helpful in both getting the job done as soon as was possible and in picking and dropping keys before and after with the Agents. Many thanks! There isn’t enough space on here to describe how happy I am and stress free Rob and his team made the process. I had a major extension to the rear and side of the home which meant I wasn't able to use the bottom area of my home at all. Rob and his team took care of everything and also provided so much extra help all the time any time and keeping up with the consistent service is truly unmatchable. I’m very happy with the work, the finishing and everything else. Choose Rob and his team and you can’t go wrong

The two guys that came, were, quick, clean, polite, took extra rubbish for no extra money, kept in contact throughout the day, recommend highly, will use again, good thing is they are part of a team that do most work that needs to be done in or out of the house. Very happy.
