Had leak on a very rainy day and John was out the same day. He gave me a fair quote and was back the next day as promised and did a good job. Showing pictures of what the problem was and pictures of the finished work would recommend them.

Alan listened to our ideas, really understood what we wanted and went that extra mile to help us design a special garden. Alan's work was carried out to a high standard and we are really pleased with our new modern patio, raised flower beds, pathway and lawn area. I hope to use Alan again.

Excellent job: good advice and discussion in advance of starting work to get a clear picture of what I wanted, as well as updates while I was travelling and busy with my own work; they kept to their timetable and brief, and even came up with a supplementary suggestion (resurfacing my drive) which has set the whole garden improvements off to perfection. Plus, they dealt with difficult set-backs - some damage to the fencing - with remarkable aplomb and helpfulness. Highly recommended!

Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.

Superb work from Jamie and his team for a number of different jobs on my 350 year old cottage, including replacing a lintel, damp repairs and prevention, render repairs, roof repairs and lead work etc. He has been incredibly helpful and efficient in completing the works and has dealt with unforeseen problems brilliantly. Phil did a fantastic job on not only helping to cut back the overgrown trees & bushes and removal of items (wood store, composter, etc), but also built a fabulous herringbone brick pathway so I can more easily wheel my rubbish bins out to the street. Not only were both jobs done extremely professionally, but at a reasonable price. And Phil is a super nice guy. Will definitely be giving him more work!

The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. He charged me more than fairly for a such high standard of work and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. Great job, thank you Dave!
