Ian and Peter were extremely adept at identifying the issues with the wiring of our kitchen, providing a quote with a fast turnaround. On the day of the fix, the two of them were professional, polite and personable, sorting the issue and explaining what the issue was and what steps had been taken to rectify the problem. Excellent job: good advice and discussion in advance of starting work to get a clear picture of what I wanted, as well as updates while I was travelling and busy with my own work; they kept to their timetable and brief, and even came up with a supplementary suggestion (resurfacing my drive) which has set the whole garden improvements off to perfection. Plus, they dealt with difficult set-backs - some damage to the fencing - with remarkable aplomb and helpfulness. Highly recommended!

Knock down n rebuild small garden wall sections, remove rubbish n rebuild as agreed
Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.
