John and his team were amazing. John provided me with a great quote, within a couple days of agreeing, johns team got my roof tiles back in place. Whilst on my roof, they even fixed a couple broken tiles, unblocked the downpipe to my gutter and placed some cement where near the pointers without charging anything extra. He completed the roofing task assigned and gave a 7 year warranty. But there was a significant leak the very next day when it rained. I have called severally for the leaks to be repaired based on the warranty but my calls and messages have been ignored.

Harry came and assessed the job and we agreed a price. Came one day later to start job due to previous job overrunning. Commenced work of taking gutters down then said he would need an extra £1500 for drip trays and I refused and Harry said well how much can you pay? We eventually settled on £750 . Work appears to be of good standard and the lads were very polite. But not happy I was asked to pay extra and think job hadn’t been assessed properly. When asked to pay Harry not keen on Credit card option.
