Took their time to look in loft to make sure felt didn’t need replacing after identifying lots of cracked tiles once on the roof. Provided photo evidence and gave us a price for replacing them. Mark and his apprentice turned up on time, erected their scaffolding and repaired the lead on the back of the chimney. It took less time than he thought and adjusted the price accordingly. Having his own scaffolding makes a huge difference to both the price and timescale. Definitely recommended.
