Hi, I have over a decade of experience with a previous employer and have now decided to become my own boss. Started primarily roofing as a labourer then progressed through to pitched roofing repairs, then full re roofs then onto flat roofing that I mainly specialized in for a number of years. Alongside finishing the whole look with cladding facias soffits and gutters. I'm currently a solo trader with an eye for detail and treat every job as it is being done on my own property, so it'll be me quoting and completing the work.
Alex's communication with us was excellent. He also came when he said he would and did the work quickly and at a reasonable price. He was very approachable and polite as well and we would definitely use him again.

A joiner by trade, he made a good job of repairing the gate but wasn't afraid of working as a handyman carrying heavy things up from the cellar to the shed & cleaning down the rafters & walls thoroughly. Hi guys! At a2z property maintenance we cover a wide range of services from kitchen installation to a new roof! We pride ourselves in keeping our work finish to a high standard. Still no reply from this company. I have no paperwork as proof of work done. I will struggle when selling. I cant believe they haven't followed through on after service. They hadn't even packed up- when I was practically frogged marched to the bank where I withdrew £4.500 cash and handed it over to Al... without an exchange of a receipt. still annoyed that the pictures of my house are up on their dashboard. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.
