Within minutes of placing my ad, Stuart contacted me regarding coming to have a look at what precisely I needed doing and give me a quote. Very bad service. Paid £150 for 15 minutes, where he just tightened a seal. The following day my kitchen flooded and they refused to come out for three days so had to call another plumber. No refund or apology.
