It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. I had a leaky gutter from poor workmanship by a previous company and I contacted Joe via Rated People. He was quick to respond with a quote and was able to fit the job in, in a reasonable time span. He worked on a really cold day replacing the defective gutter with a more suitable product. He also replace the felt on our garage roof and added decorative edgings to tidy up the look of the property. He was efficient and tidy removing all the rubbish. I would highly recommend him and use again.

One of the roofers arrived (on time) and after inspection of the roof gve us a very competitive quote. Having agreed price, date and time to start the work, they arrived on time and immediately started working. Throughout the day they were considerate as they had to access the roof via the house, ensuring that everything was left clean and tidy. You would not think you had just spent a whole day with roofrees in the house as the roof looked like new (solar reflective paint). Would recommend this firm as a unit providing a service without being "ripped off", as you paid the price agreed with no add-ons.
