Ours was quite a specialist job, as the scaffold at the rear of the house had to bridge our whole conservatory which is 30ft x 12ft. Tommy found the right scaffolder for the job and the rest is history. The work was carried out without any fuss, our jobs list was completed and the site left clean. Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
