Hired them for chimney pointing and lead flashing repair. Arrived late after initial payment and did a substandard job, failing to meet my clearly defined requirements. Returned to fix it, but still not up to standard. I requested an invoice, which James promised to send upon final payment, but never received it despite multiple reminders. The work felt like a patchwork job rather than a professional repair. Poor communication and quality—would not hire again and can share pictures of their work if needed.

Within an hour of posting the job Mark was able to come round and give me a reasonable quote. Some of the work was started on the same day . The rest of the work was carried out the next day plus additional advisory work that was highlighted and agreed upon. I was shown before and after pictures of their work and could verify the great workmanship done. I cannot thank the team enough, especially Callum! Job well done! I will be recommending them to friends and on this site.

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Turned up straight away and fixed the leak in my roof the next day. Just what was needed to save us getting wet! He also did some other repairs to make sure we're water-tight over the winter. Thanks

Tony and his sons came to us to do a fairly small renovation. By the time we had finished adding things on to their list they were with us for over 2 weeks. They took changes in their stride, with good humour and also suggested ways we could save time and money whilst still achieving the look we wanted. And most importantly they were hard working, trustworthy and clean - tidying and wiping down every night before they left. We were so impressed, we have now asked Tony to build our extension.

Exceptional service in exceptional times. Possible lost tile, turns out that the roof was intact. Mike was efficient and changed a slightly damaged tile (which I already had). Free of charge. Absolutely fabulous. It was a very tricky job which, along with the various complications and options, was explained in detail. The work was done to a high standard and when complications did occur Carl stayed late to make sure they were remedied. If the opportunity arises I will certainly be recommending Carl to others and if I need a plasterer in the future he will be the man i will be calling. Incidentally he is a really nice guy.

Jason was such a polte nice fella as were all the different tradesmen that came and did my bedroom but Jason was the person i had most dealings with. I gave them a blank canvas to work with and gave them just a few instructions so it was all there idea what they did and i have got to say what a great job they did. The work was all done to a high standard and they cleaned up everyday at the end of shift. The price was good and i must say would highly recommend them to anyone.

Francis and his team were very helpful and gave advise about best type of patio they were quick even turned up in the rain. I have requested them again to do other jobs I feel that I can trust them to do a good job they worked hard. I think the price was good value and I am very happy with the work done.
