These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.

Willing to work with you to the agreed solution. The guys were aware of their surroundings and cleaned up as they went along and took the waste with them. Chris did a great job on my flat roof; replacing the old felt roof for a new GRP fibre glass one, including replacing all the boards, facias and guttering. He is reliable and will explain anything you want to know about the job. He is very organised, works hard and tidies up afterwards.

Very tidy and efficient guys. Only downsides - I selected "less than £250" cost bracket and it was assumed that I was happy to pay £250 for re-using existing parts and a couple of hours labour - rather than give me a quote. Didn't fix fault first time, but did return at no extra cost to complete.

Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.
