The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

We had water damage to our bedroom ceiling and down stairs wall. Kyle came out and sorted the problem. From start to finish Kyle was absolutely incredible nothing was too much trouble he offered friendly advice and gave an explanation as to everything he did. The recent storm Darragh caused havoc with the garden neighbouring fence- naturally a busy time for tradesmen who unfortunately were clearly taking advantage with their quotes and amount of work required. Adam was brilliant, he did his best to sort out our carpet runner which was botched by an inexperienced carpet fitter who claimed to know what he was doing. The previous fitter intentionally left the winding part of the stairs, claiming to have suddenly fallen ill. It wasn’t an easy task as our stairs are winders, thanks so much Adam you managed to rescue a literal dire state.

After I booked I went out to buy the door when he came to fit the door we found out I brought the wrong size door so with out any charge we rebooked a fitting when he came back we had the wrong locks he waited for my wife to get the right one 3hours later the door was fitted with no extra charge for the door fitting thank you a great job and a great price will use again
