They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

I had a good, written quotation, to which they kept and which was not at all unreasonable. After explaining the quality of the job I wanted he and Sam got stuck in and made quick work of it. They were very careful about covering everything up and cleaning up afterwards. Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. This company provided a quote without visiting our property. Their quote was 3x our lowest quote and 2x our highest. Not sure why a company 43 miles away would want to quote for a relatively small job. I feel that the reasons for such a high quote was that either: A: they didn’t really want the job B: I would be paying over the odds for their travelling 43 miles. All that said, until I manage to get three quotes for the insurance company, I cannot move forward anyway.
Spoken with them on Friday with my extension roof licking problem. They replaced all extension roof and fitted new gutters in next two days. Great price, great quality, great speed.
