Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. It is also part of my role to oversee the customer service team. My contacts within the industry enable me to obtain very competitive prices on materials. Eren arrived exactly when agreed (in fact 20min early). He and his team were friendly and polite and did a quick, competent job of clearing our gutters without any damage or problems (not that easy because our house is old and tile-hung), including cleaning up all the gutter debris that fell out of the gutters onto the patio and adding the garage gutters into the job for no extra charge. I would certainly use Eren and team again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

During his initial visit Caleb provided me with a detailed explanation of the issue and a quote for the work to be carried out. He was able to start within a couple of days which worked perfectly for me. Whilst carrying out the initial work Caleb also noticed a couple of other issues that he kindly provided detail on and quotes for. Caleb and his team have been great - they completed both the initial and additional work in a timely manner for us. They are a friendly, polite team who I would use again.
