Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

They initially gave a comparatively lower quote than other companies and the work was carried out to a high standard - in particular they were careful to restore the roof and lead flashing so that it is in keeping with the aesthetic of the Victorian street. During the work, the people on site were very professional and kept me informed of progress. Chris in the office was also amazing, sending through regular photo and video updates, and was always available to speak to if needed.
