Charles was really communicative right from the start, he quickly phoned to discuss the project, then came back with a price. It was only a small job (cementing, few tiles cracked, calling off a chimney and some repointing of bricks) but he did it the following day, sending me photos so I could clearly see the before and after of what he had done (as I couldn’t get up on the roof). Rang within 5 minutes of putting the job online. Arranged a time with Vincent for later in the day. Came on time. Went up to have a look at the tile that had slipped. Said it was the only one and that there were no others that needed doing. He thought the roof looked good. Agreed a price and he fixed it within 10 mins. Really quick and a gud job done. Paid him through transfer and he left saying any other problems please get in touch. A very nice man. Would definitely recommend.
