Hi,i have been in the building trade for 35 years mostly bricklaying, building houses, extensions, garages, brick and stone walls, but also do slabbing.roofing concreting ,RSJ installation ,and block paving.public liability insured.
We were stuck in very stressful, difficult situation and Russel was the only builder interested in building our extension. (Either the Job was to small for others or they were only interested in doing it if they could cut corners.) I will always be grateful for his hard world, kindness, and patience.

It was a pleasure to have him on site. Our repointing was a horrible job to do but he did it without complaint and we are delighted with the results. He was always cheerful and friendly even when working in the rain. He was as tidy as he could be with the type of work and cleaned up the site well before he left. Couldn't have asked for more. Rubbertech is a family run business which specialises in flat roofs. And waterproofing them with firestone EPDM Rubber membrane. Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.
I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

We had our flat roof replaced with Firestone rubber. A very professional and thorough job was carried out. The price quoted was also far less than other quotes received. I would recommend this company.

Dave is a very good tradesman,with qualities that should get him a lot of work. Would recommend him to anyone looking for someone to do a good at a fair price.
