We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Anthony and Geoff are great people to work with. They gave a competitive quote and realistic time schedule - both of which were kept to. As with any larger projects, a couple of changes needed to be made as we went along however they were entirely adaptable and proactive with advice. Work finished to a high standard and am very pleased with the result. Would not hesitate to use them again and very happy to recommend. Nice guys, great workers.

We made the request at midday for trades people to quote, Rudy called soon after and said he could drop by on the way home from a job, he came when expected at 7pm ! Took one look at the broken slipped tile and said easy a Quick job can do it now, we agreed a very reasonable price, 10 minutes later job done. GReat job good price no bullshit very pleased. Caleb Was the only person who got on the roof to check our dormer. He found there was some orther problems with the way the dormer was fitted from new. He recommend keeping the hood and using a fiberglass resin for the repairs, he then checked the back dormer and repaired that one too. All dormers repaired ,work first class.
