Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

We highly recommend these guys - friendly, courteous and helpful. They took the time to explain and discuss everything about our needs to make sure we got what we wanted at the same time as ensuring our finished article was fit for purpose. From a bathroom that wasn’t usable due to problems with low water pressure to a beautiful shower room that is a joy to use. Paul ripped out my old bathroom and carried out a replacement. He has done an amazing job! My property is old so there were some issues along the way re the existing pipes and walls.
