Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
No job too small, 40 years experence in the building and joinery trade.

All of the window sills internally he done for me where really bad also. He did give me £100 refund. But that didnt even cover the cost for a building notice. Dave is a nice genuine fella who did go out of his wat to come back and clean windows and showed willingness. Everyone has there bad days so hopefully this was just one of Dave's. Sorry about feedback but unfortunately i choose my tradesmen via feedbacks and unfair on other people to hear all positves and no negatives

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. We believe that repairs of your existing windows and doors are usually a far more cost effective answer to replacements. We repair or replace all types of windows, doors and conservatories including Bi-fold doors, French doors, Patio doors, sash windows, casement windows, fanlight windows, roof windows etc. In our experience there is nothing we cannot repair. Michael was a delight. He turned up when he said he would and kept us informed on progress. His workmanship is very good and he cleaned up after himself. He took on additional work to the original job and was able to source colleagues for this. Most definitely use him again.
