He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. Communicates well, was very nice. Hung my TV up above the fireplace - asked me all the right questions to make sure it was ok to do so (type of wall behind the plaster, will the fireplace be used and double checked which way the electrical wiring ran for the socket installed on the mantle (now sits behind the TV). He was also available on a quick turnaround.

I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
