He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Callum attended promptly at the date and time that he said he would. He did an excellent great job in replacing my main front door with an identical one. He also installed a new Ring door bell to the front of the house. Very happy indeed with his workmanship. He checked and made sure everything was working well as they should before leaving. We had David and his team of Bill and Lee replaced a window in our bathroom that had been really badly fit by a previous builder. They were quick in ordering the window and were extremely professional throughout the process. When it came time to replace the window they did it quickly and efficiently cleaning up after themselves and they even cleaned up the previous builders mess as well.
