When they came round to give me the quote they took the time to properly investigate the loft and talk through the extent of the problems and what needed doing. When they identified additional problems after having started they gave a fair price for the work involved. Would highly recommend this company. They were the first to get in touch. Very efficient, great communication. Took their time to look in loft to make sure felt didn’t need replacing after identifying lots of cracked tiles once on the roof. Provided photo evidence and gave us a price for replacing them. Only recommended work that was needed and was very reasonably priced. From quote to job done all in same day and left the place tidy. Fantastic service.
