Quick response, very polite during interactions and kept informed at every stage of the job. Issues were presented with solutions and outline of costs. Willing to work with you to the agreed solution. The guys were aware of their surroundings and cleaned up as they went along and took the waste with them. Work was conducted quickly (before the snow came) and i would use them again.

GW glass, I hired him ( on 5th Sept 24) to replace double glazed windows handles which were loose. He knew nothing about how to do the job. He has damaged the locking mechanism of the 3 windows by making more holes in the windows. They are completely damaged now and he doesn’t want to accept that it was his fault. Which will now cost me £2600 to replace them. Please be aware of him, no one should hire him as he has no knowledge installing or repairing double glazed windows or their handles.

Our flooring was even on some areas and he levelled and carried out everything beyond our expectations. The windows company was very quick, the staff contacted me, came to look at it, and then took it to its office, they fixed it and came to install it, and was brilliant, took him 3hrs, compared to the company that kept me “dancing” for 3weeks…..
