Unfortunately, Ben tried to add on an £80.00 additional charge at the end of the job. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.

Unfortunately as soon as the work was done we developed a leak in the roof (I'm not saying they are related). We were told by Alan's son that the damp was simply the wall drying out. It wasn't and got progressively worse. We did contact Alan again who said he'd come around but didn't. Three other builders have said that the lead work wasn't correctly done and we've since had to pay for it to be redone.

I highly recommend this company for their standard of work and customer care. Photographs were taken and videos made of the job before, during and after the work was completed and each stage explained to me in lay person's terms. Ken was very accommodating and did an excellent job in clearing all the brambles and trying to return our garden to its former glory at our buy to let. He also fixed a soil pipe issue and removed furniture left over by an ex tenant. He turned all this around in a day and rescheduled work to accommodate us. I would highly recommend him. Also we build bespoke frames using mild steel; from railings to staging metal grills and also heavy duty oil drum to bbq converts, and the list goes on. We try hardest at all times to maintain a good work etiquette, and will always go above and beyond to meet customer needs. To add, we are also available for flat-pack assembly as this goes hand-in-hand with fabrication.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Very professional and really fast. We had our artex ceiling re-done and he matched the pattern to my other ceilings perfectly. He worked fast (the whole ceiling was done in about 2 hours!) and he put down plastic coverings everywhere to protect my furniture and carpets. Would recommend.
