I had been trying for a long time to find a contractor to do ladder work for a few essential roofing and conservatory repairs. This was one of those jobs that had various problems from the start. Having said that SMS did put them all right without complaint. The quote given for the clearing of the site AND the complete redesign was excellent. The original deadline was missed by a long way primarily due to misjudging the anomalies of the site (eg the underlying concrete was a lot thicker than anticipated). SMS were slow in clearing the site after the work was done - it took almost three weeks before the last of the rubble and debris were moved. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the final result and would be prepared to use them again.

Gerasimos did a floor fitting for me in a bathroom and hallway. He did an excellent job. The hallway has 4 doors and he dealt with this really well, he followed every small detail and curve. He is very meticulous and the finishes are immaculate. If you have any other issues in the house he gives advice. He is tidy and cleans before he leaves. He is very calm and polite. I would recommend him to everyone and definitely use his services again.
