Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending ken and will contact him first before posting a job for future planned work

Kevin from Kings responded quickly with a visit in days to provide a free estimate. Friendly, responsive service with good value for money. Quality of work seems great and was undertaken efficiently and very tidily. Kevin was able to advise and change to my needs on the job with no fuss. Helpful advice which was priced fairly. Tim and his team were always on time and very reliable. They did a great job even though they had the rain to deal with which is not what you expect in August. Checked that I was happy with how the work was progressing and kept me up to date. I would definitely recommend Gunner Gardens and would use them again.

I logged my job (new guttering and associated fixtures), needing an economically friendly quote and very quick completion. Swale Roofing offered both, and the resulting work has changed the appearance of my house, so much for the better. Mr Parrish was very personable, worked in a tidy fashion and delivered to his word. I am very pleased and look forward to living with my new guttering.

If you are looking for a company that delivers a great product on time, within budget and with attention to detail then look no further. Everything was carried out to a high standard and we can only thank the team for a fantastic job. The original job was for our dining room but that was quickly extended to our living room as well which included building a contemporary fireplace, extensive replastering and complete redecoration.
