We are a Managing Agent and the property is out of our area. However, we were sent a comprehensive quotation for the replacement of a fence and gate and on completion of the work we received photographs. Excellent job and job quoted and completed within a week.

Thouroughly happy with the work completed by Darren. Turn up when expected, questioned the designs that I had which showed that he had an interest in doing the job right. Completed some extra works with no complaints (removal of vegetation that I was supposed to do!). And most importantly, a perfect end product which now puts the rest of the house to shame. I would be happy to recommend Darren to anyone for similar work, and have already asked him for quotes to complete some more work. Thank you!

Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.

Very professional, came out quickly to price up and then arranged the day when the work was done. The insurance company messed us about but The Roof Doctor sorted out our issue and cleaned everything up afterwards. We are very happy with the work.

Great job done! I am very happy with the new doors I had fitted downstairs. Alex is very hard working, reliable, honest and reasonably priced. He even put up with my 4yr old annoying him(sorry). When I need upstairs fitting I know who to call on ,highly recommended.

Really really happy with the all-round service from Vanda, Steve and the team. They were really helpful, punctual and did a fantastic job of removing a supporting wall, helping project manage and sort out issues with our kitchen delivery. Tom did a cracking job for us. Quoted late on Friday evening, started 1st thing monday morning. The quote was very competitive, the cheapest of 5 we had. Work was of excellent quality, did more than we asked for, Work was completed a lot faster than i expected, very clean and tidy and tidied up at the end of each day. Would highly recommend, and will definately be using him for all of our future electrical work
