These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.

Loftzone is a patented raised flooring system which allows boarding to be installed over obsticals (wiring & pipework) more importantly over loft insulation.
