I have no reservations in awarding Shane and his team 5 stars. The quote was honest and reasonable, the work was performed to a high standard (as evidenced by photoes taken during the repair that Shane sent me) and despite my having to put back the repair date by a month at very short notice, this caused no problem. J.Underwood roofing did great work stripping and re-rendering our bath stone property. The flat roof, also requiring attention was re-done and a new hatch fitted all with good attention to detail. Jason and his team are the kind of people you like to do business with, honest and upfront, accommodating and skilled. Would definitely recommend.

G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the conversion of our garage into a bedroom with en-suite shower room. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. We will be using them again soon for a larger job and would highly recommend.

Rob did a great job for us - he and his team were reliable, quick, and good fun on site, and the work sailed through its Building Control inspection. Rob made sure we were happy with everything, and we would definitely use his services again in future.

We feel so lucky to have found Colin for decorating our kitchen, family room, study, bedroom and utility room. He's done the most amazing job swiftly and efficiently and we are so pleased with his work. Not only did he do a brilliant job but he was meticulous in tidying up afterwards and always kept a smile on his face! Tom did a great job and is a nice guy! He's punctual and a tidy worker. The tiling work is just what we wanted. I'd use Tom again so can happily recommend him.
