Kevin turned up as arranged to assess job and followed up with a written quote. As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed. The best decision I made was going to rated people site for a tradespersons. Kevin contacted me after I posted the job.
