Quick response, very polite during interactions and kept informed at every stage of the job. Issues were presented with solutions and outline of costs. Willing to work with you to the agreed solution. The guys were aware of their surroundings and cleaned up as they went along and took the waste with them. Work was conducted quickly (before the snow came) and i would use them again.

Kelvin and his lads did an EXCELLENT job on my flat roof. on satudsay the tenth of this month. Got stuck into the work as soon as they got to my house. Removed all of the old flat roof. The price Kelvin quoted me for was a LOT cheaper than other roofers gave me. So if you want to get a good job done. Give him a ring and he will turn up to measure up and give you a quote there and then. Billy g.

Very pleased with Adapt Property Renovations. Prompt response to my post and came the very next day to view it. Explained all options to me, answered any questions and gave me a very reasonable price. Craig is a very personable guy, friendly and polite. He did a good job and cleaned up well after himself. Fantastic, really good work that Matthew and son did.He removed shrubs next to my driveway, extended pathway to our front steps , laid very impressive concrete. A great team, highly recommended. Check the company, they do all sorts of improvements I will definitely, absolutely use Mathew and son again. They get things done , and according to specifications!. Thanks Matthew! Dan carried out plastering and replaced the skirting boards. He was efficient, courteous and competent, completing the job much earlier than I expected. He was a very tidy worker, clearing up after he was finished. I would recommend Dan (I have already booked him for another job.

I found Tony to be punctual, well-informed, courteous and reliable. I really appreciated his suggestions and the time he took to explain the issues he came across as well as the solutions he devised. I have a list of other jobs that need doing in my unfurnished house and hope to enlist Tony again.

Phil was brilliant, very reliable and did an excellent job, he even cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't tell he had been except for the great new door and window he had replaced for me. I will use again( soon!) I would highly recommend Kraftworks to anybody who needs a joiner.

Project was very smooth. Aaron was easy to talk too and kept everything on track. If we ever had an issue it was sorted quickly. I trusted Aaron and his team and I have already recommended him to friends. Our loft conversion is fished to a high standard and is a valuable addition to our home.
