Ryan basically saved my bacon when my flat roof collapsed a week before I was due to go on holiday. Tony gave us a very competitive quote, and he turned out to be worth his weight in gold. Not only did he paint our kitchen and carry out some minor wallpaper repairs, but he dealt with water damage problems outside and in. By coincidence our washing machine broke down, and he removed and replaced that with a new one, which was difficult due to very tight housing and narrow access, which was a tricky job involving carpentry! Top marks all round.
