i originally got lee in to do some plastering on a renovation i was doing. he done a fantastic job. since then he has done a wet room and two bathrooms to a very high spec. i have also asked him to render the outside of the house which he is now in the process of doing. I am very sure i will use him again in the future. Top man and very approachable

Stewart my work partner and myself Adam, combined have over 60 years experience in the building industry. We run a small friendly team of committed guys that have everyone in mind when it comes to health and safety and maintaining a clean and tidy work site with minimal disruption while works commence. I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Despite his original tiler letting him down at short notice, Richard kept in touch and organised another tiler within two days who completed the two jobs in a day! Very good communication and very happy with the price and finish - would recommend.
