They said the work would be £14000,if we paid cash it would be £9500 we paid in cash, they did not give us any paperwork to show what work was to be done, notator show we paid them, they said we had a 4 year warranty, They did not finish the work, on the part of the roof they replaced we still have a leak, we have no contact with them. The ripped us off can’t not get any help, be careful
Really can’t fault Trojan, from the initial quote we felt comfortable that Nick understood what we needed. The initial quote escalated and nothing was too much trouble. We now have a home to be proud of and can’t thank Trojan enough for everything they have done.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Other jobs we regularly complete include full loft Conversions and replacement of old roof windows due to them becoming drafty or if they have been fitted for 25 years and over and need a upgrade.
