To start with Alex was punctual for our first quotation appointment, listened to what I wanted doing and answered my questions. They say first impressions count and I was very impressed. So impressed that I hired him. This was a job to fully re decorate the hall, stairs and landing, and also fit a new kitchen, for simplicity, this was a one stop shop, including, plastering ceilings, new doors, new flooring, and even repairing the stairs, and re wiring the electrics. Job was well done but promised an unwritten gaurantee and all I've got to show for it is a number to call if there are any issues! Not what was agreed which is a shame. Can't give a potential buyer of my house a phone number in a year to prove the roof is new!

Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price. Wouldn't hesitate to use Tom again or recommend to friends and family.

This rating is for the refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom, ensuite and main bathrooms. This included replacing bathroom suites, new ceilings with light and ventilation fans, full tiling and laminate floors. Probably not the cheapest but the work was completed to a high standard and all tradesmen were pleasant and understood our requirements.
