Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Quick to respond to the invitation & the quoted price was competitive. An appointment was arranged for a few days later. The engineer that came to do the work exemplified every professional attribute you'd expect.. When he left I was very happy. Then I found the inhibitor bottle had been left on the window cill - forgotten - seal unbroken. It took a bit of to-ing a froing to get them to send someone back to complete the job, but the young lad returned apologised finished the job in 25 mins. Happy customer.

Good competitive quote. Excellent team of workers. Our original plan was changed by a suggested improvement by Chris (who deserves extra praise) which turned out to be brilliant. Slight increase in the price due to the extra work but well worth it. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to employ again if the quote was competitive. Highly recommended both lads worked tirelessly even in the rain to get the job finished on time. Worked immaculately tidied up every day and left the site spotless once they had finished. Paving and block work skills are 110% . We had a very old drain which other trades said would need to be dug out and moved costing ££££s Warren and Ridge managed to overcome this obstacle and finished the paving to a very high standard. A very honest team which is very rare these days. Highly recommended.
