George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Paul and his team were very professional and expert at their job. The roof looks superb, not a tile out of line, a truly great job! The communication over the job was good as was the cleanup and working practices. They gave a quote and stuck to it. Unlike some who give an "estimate" that just grows! He did a fantastic job on the plastering skimming on bathroom, even helping us put an shelf where some of the tiles used to be for no extra cost. The quality of the work was to such a high standard and he was a really nice person. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend to anyone.

Derek started very well, said he would fit bathroom in 4 days. He seemed a very honest and genuine chap. We went away after 5 days with very little to do so we paid him in full. On our return we found shower tray chipped tile chipped, shower tray overflowing and leaking, called him back several times, each time he said it was fixed, but was getting worse, bathroom was getting flooded, For last 8 weeks he's ignored me with exscuses and I believe he has no intention of putting right the problems he has caused
