I have been a plumber for 15 years I did an apprenticeship in plumbing and gas at 16 years old once I qualified i joined a company that did refurbishments and extensions in charge of a team that did the full internal of the jobs where I learned my other trades: We are specialist bathroom fitter for all wall hung systems and concealed specialist units. We tile as it is part of the bathroom and kitchen work. We can fit all underfloor heating systems. We can do all aspects of carpentry from floors to roofs. We fit kitchens from simple to bespoke. Chris was prompt in calling me and arranging to visit to quote me for the job but unfortunately he let me down twice. First time he did let me know he couldn’t come which seemed legitimate but has now made me very suspicious after the second time I waited for over 3 hours and got no response to my message. Very disappointed and sorry I can’t recommend this company.

After giving this company 5 star rating i have now changed it to a 1 , did as they advised waited a few days for cement to dry then hosed my wall and left to dry wall looks bad,rang Chris who assured me he would come out on tuesday,no show i rang him using 3 phones as he blanked my calls said hed come out today,no show blanked my messages ,use at your peril now have hire someone to rectify his bad work
